We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• All included accessories and components should be returned with the product.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed.

After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be changed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, RetainerLab will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us.

We’ll investigate the shipment and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or a full refund.
